Project Interior Designer
Key Role & Responsibilities
The point person and leader who ensures seamless and on-budget project delivery from start to finish
Understand clients’ design goals, requirements and preferences
Create design concepts, space plans, mood boards & presentation decks for residential, commercial and hospitality projects
Develop detailed 2D plans and 3D models in CAD softwares and prepare supporting visuals for presentation decks
Work with junior interior designers and project draftsmen in developing interior-architectural plans & elevations, cabinetry and joinery detailed drawings, and schedules of finishes and FFE
Select and source furniture, fixture and finishing materials; facilitate and assist clients in procurement
Qualifications
Certificate or degree in Interior Design with at least 2 years job experience (minimum)
Philippine license in Interior Design (preferred, not required)
Ability to lead a project as a designer and team leader (internal support & external partners)
Has taste for good quality materials and eye for detail
Good critical and analytical skills in evaluating quotations & cost estimates
Effective verbal and written communication skills with clients, vendors & suppliers, consultants
Quick and adept in contributing solutions to problems onsite and offsite with team members and external partners
Remarkable skills in promoting team work and critical path management
Must be located in Metro Manila and willing to work in Makati office
Software capability:
Mac OS SketchUp, LayOut & AutoCAD (required)
Mac OS Pages & Keynote, MS Office, Canva (required)

Junior Interior Designer
Key Role & Responsibilities
The immediate support of Project Interior Designers from client presentations to project turnover
Assist in creating design concepts, space plans, mood boards & presentation decks for residential, commercial and hospitality projects
Develop detailed 2D plans and 3D models in CAD softwares and prepare supporting visuals for presentation decks

Good verbal and written communication skills with clients, vendors & suppliers, consultants

Project CAD Operator & Draftsman
Key Role & Responsibilities
The essential team member who excels in expressing design intents through technical drawings and detail presentations
Ability to understand, interpret and analyze site information and drawing files provided by the client, building administrator, or engineers
Ensure plans and references align and are accurate
Create 2D and 3D models in CAD software and develop files to firm and industry standards
Work with architects, interior designers and co-draftsmen in developing plans, elevations, and detail drawings
Maintain files in an orderly and effective fashion in order to assist designers on urgent matters
Qualifications
Certificate or degree in Drafting Technology (architectural drafting preferred)
At least 1 year job experience (minimum)
Great attitude, engaging and willing to continuously develop skills and firm standards
Must be located in Metro Manila and willing to work in Makati office
